John Cena Wears Marc Ecko Cut & Sew

Three days before "The Day the Earth Stood Still" blasted into theaters, John Cena, wearing an Ecko Unlimted "Warriors" tee, headed to Marc Ecko Cut & Sew to get some swagger for his red carpet arrival. The New York premiere was held by 20th Century Fox at AMC Loews Lincoln Square, New York. WWE star-turned-actor John Cena was one of the attendees along with the film's cast ensemble, Keanu Reeves, Jennifer Connelly, Jaden Smith, Jon Hamm, Kathy Bates and director Scott Derrickson. They were joined by celebrity guests Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith, Joel McHale, Jennifer Westfeldt and Jon Hamm. Run DMC 25th Anniversary Event at the Marc Ecko Showroom in NYC

Last night Run DMC fans made their way to the Marc Ecko Showroom in NYC, even though it was a cold, rainy night, for the Run DMC 25th Anniversary Event and to see the featured art by Marco Art, Toy Yokyo and other pieces shown on the MTV show, Run's House. All of the art was available for bidding. Although the show was for Run DMC, with the late Jam Master Jay gone, DMC came out for the festivities along with GrandMaster Caz of the Cold Crush Brothers.

Ecko Unlimited and Marco teamed up to produce a limited edition shirt featuring Marco's Hollis Crew Quarter Century. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Jam Master Jay Foundation and is one of several artist co-brands Ecko Untld. will produce over the next year. On hand at the event was Darryl "DMC" McDaniels, who signed art and shirts for party goers. 1,000 shirts will be available online at shopecko.com in the coming weeks. Check out the pics....

Marc Ecko Jumps Into The Ring Again With Dmitriy Salita

This is not the first time Marc Ecko has sponsored a fighter.  This time it's Junior Welterweight boxer, Dmitriy Salita.  Dmitriy will appear in the HBO series, Ring Life.  This series chronicles the lives of eight hopeful boxers with dreams of becoming champions. Dmitriy "Star Of David" Salita is an Orthodox Jew who follows strict adherence to Jewish law.  Refusing to fight until after sundown on the Sabbath and following dietary restrictions are just two examples of how his strong faith guides Dmitriy's daily life and challenges his work in the ring.  Among Salita’s corporate sponsors are Ecko Unlimited, the urban clothing and accessories company (it donates a percentage of its profits to orphans in Odessa), and Kosher Zone Chefs.

Iron Marc? Marc Ecko Re-Designs Iron Chef Jackets

Marc Ecko unveiled his new designs for the Iron Chef's last night on Iron Chef America Battle Turkey episode.  The Food Network had a special Thanksgiving battle...Iron Chefs Bobby Flay and Michael Symon took on Iron Chefs Masaharu Morimoto and Cat Cora in an intense culinary scuffle.  We aren't going to tell you the outcome, you can find out on here.  

Marc Ecko fitted the Iron Chefs in some brand new kitchen jackets—each reflecting their own unique style.  According to Ecko, "The challenge was with all of these Iron Chefs, we didn't want to make anything overly stagey, overly uniform, overly costume." Now the chef's have a little more street cred, check them out.
